We work creatively by matching the knowledge and preferences of international trainees with Irish companies to ensure that they are working in an industry that matches their interests, education or training. We have an exceptional network of connections with local, national and multinational businesses and organisations.

We have placed individuals and groups of trainees across a large spectrum of professional disciplines—you can read more about the sectors in which we work.
We work with students from across Europe and the World, including current projects with France, Norway, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic and Germany. Our European partnerships have included work through Erasmus+, ECVETS, E.S.F., as well as other mobility schemes and pilot programmes.

Each partnership is unique and comes with a special set of requirements. We offer the following services to our partners:

Support with documentation—for example: Erasmus+, Europass, application to your National Agency, letter of intent

Strategic matching for your students with Irish host companies

Assistance with intern candidate selection process: e.g. application forms, phone interviews

Accommodation sourcing with Irish host families for students and accompanying teachers

Planned delegate visits for teachers and trainers

Help with travel preparations, including information about train/bus services in Ireland

Monitoring and regular updates on your students’ progress

24/7 support service and emergency contact during trainees’ stay in Ireland

Feedback sessions and final debriefing before departure

Certificate of completion for your students at conclusion of their internship
