A Customer Service Representative intern provides advice, information and solutions to customers to ensure they have a positive experience with the company.
This role does not require experience; however, 1 year of customer service experience would be preferable.

Typical Tasks
English Level: B1
Passionate about providing excellent service to customers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Answering/making calls to customers in relation to queries about their account
Documenting calls through appropriate computer systems
Following up on unresolved queries
