Career Training Internship is thrilled to announce that Founder & Director, Kathy O'Dwyer, has been nominated in two categories in the upcoming Network Cork - Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2023. Kathy has been nominated in both the Established Businesswoman and the prestigious Networker of the Year category.
The revered nomination for Networker of the Year, comes from fellow networker Ingrid Seim, recognising Kathy's outstanding dedication to Network Ireland and her unwavering commitment to supporting women in business.
Kathy's contribution to Network Ireland spans the entire history of the organisation, making her one of the very few members who has been there since its inception and remains an active participant. As a former President, Kathy has witnessed the evolution of the business landscape for women over the past 40 years and has successfully navigated her own business while providing support to others.
Despite her long-standing involvement in the network, Kathy continues to actively participate in Network Cork events, embodying the values of a true Networker. Her unwavering commitment and contributions to Network Ireland and the business community at large make her a well-deserving nominee.
Her passion for advocating for women and promoting equal status and opportunities is evident in her various initiatives, throughout her career. Kathy has consistently championed the importance of knowledge, insights, support, and information for women in business, empowering them to succeed.
